Little Big Dog Rescue is located in rural Virginia and has saved countless lives of senior dogs 
who are abandoned by their owners or dropped off at rural shelters where they face certain
death. 

Dot overcame the tragic loss of her own husband, using her energy and passion to found a 
resource for rural shelters that are most often underfunded with a lack of even the most
basic needs like food, cleaning supplies and leashes. Hers is an uphill battle to save as many
homeless senior dogs as she can, even if is only to provide them with the dignity of love
and proper food and shelter in their final days.
